We require that all new aesthetic clients first see us for a consultation so that we can get to know you, review your medical history, discuss your skin goals and come up with a great treatment plan for you. If you are a facial client only, this consultation is not necessary but will be needed should you decide to get other services in the future.

During your consultation, we will evaluate your chief complaints, aesthetic and wellness goals, and medical history. We will use the Observ 520x, a state-of-the-art skin analysis device designed to provide comprehensive insights into your skin’s health. Kirsten Pierce,
CRNA, FNP-C

Kirsten is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). She loves to learn and is passionate about all things skincare! Following an injury, she decided to pursue her passion and open an aesthetics practice that focused on self-care for people who don’t often get the time to take care of themselves. She loves regenerative medicine and natural results. You will see her attending continuing education classes frequently so that she can take the best care of you!

Family: She is a loving wife and mom to two wonderful children.
Dog Lover: She owns two Great Danes and works with a Great Dane Rescue.
World Traveler: She studied abroad in Sydney, Australia

Emme Decker, RN

Mary Ellen “Emme” Decker is a former neonatal intensive care nurse who developed an interest in skincare through years of experience and research in wound management at Duke University Hospital. This experience in wound treatment launched her expanded interest in the treatments of adult skin disorders and anti-aging strategies. She now has over 25 years of experience in the field, has owned her own practice, and is a well-respected educator. She looks forward to helping you reach your aesthetic goals!

Christi Walsh, LE

Christi Walsh is an esthetician at La Fleur Aesthetics, specializing in acne and anti-aging skincare. Passionate about helping clients achieve their skin goals, she combines expertise with a love for personalized care.

Christi is a dedicated wife and mother of two, as well as a proud dog mom to a golden retriever. In her free time, she enjoys reading and fostering cats and kittens.

A sports enthusiast, Christi has a love/hate relationship with the Washington Commanders.

Christi graduated summa cum laude from the University of Massachusetts.

Stephanie Hoffman, Client Concierge

Stephanie Hoffman is originally from Wisconsin, but moved to NC in 2009. Her family absolutely loves the Holly Springs community and all that it has to offer. Stephanie is a proud mother to 4 amazing kids, one son and three girls.

Stephanie has a true passion for skincare and whole body wellness. She believes that taking care of your body inside is reflective in your outward beauty. Investing in yourself self and your skin will make you feel and look your most fabulous!

Stephanie’s favorite things are quiet mornings, meditation, and fitness. She also enjoys annual trips to HHI, paddle boarding at the lake, laughing and spending quality time with family and friends.
